Descrição

• Analyze business, product, infrastructure, and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure acceptance criteria are testable and automatable • Define testing strategies aligned with DevOps and CI/CD practices • Identify testing scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables for automated and manual testing • Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test cases and frameworks • Create and manage automated test scripts and suites within Azure DevOps or similar platforms • Execute and maintain functional, regression, performance, usability, and security tests • Initiate and monitor automated test runs, analyze results, and validate test coverage • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; troubleshoot issues with developers and validate fixes • Contribute to test planning and test coverage within Agile and Scrum workflows • Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, automation frameworks, and regression results • Communicate test results, regression reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders • Contribute to the automation roadmap and improve automation coverage and testing efficiency • Recommend and implement process, tooling, and framework improvements • Stay current with trends and best practices in test automation, quality engineering, and secure software development • Use generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of professional software quality assurance experience, including 2+ years in test automation • Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks such as TestComplete and Playwright • Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps • Understanding of software testing fundamentals, automated testing strategies, quality engineering principles, and test design best practices • Technical foundation in SQL, database concepts, APIs, web-based applications, and networking fundamentals • Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks, tools, and reusable test components • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
