Descrição

• Own and drive technical strategy across multiple squads, shaping architectural decisions with lasting impact on Onebrief's platform • Tackle ambiguous technical challenges and turn loosely defined problems into scalable solutions • Build shared systems, patterns, and platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to move faster • Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence the technical roadmap • Balance long-term platform health with rapid customer delivery • Evolve AI-assisted development practices, engineering standards, and technical decision-making across the organization • Mentor engineers through design reviews, architectural guidance, and cross-team collaboration • Set technical direction on cross-squad problems and establish clear execution paths • Own shared architecture and systems used across the organization • Raise the technical judgment of surrounding engineers and refine standards for effective AI tooling use

🎯 Requisitos

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership across teams and platforms • Strong experience designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures • Full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Active user of AI-assisted development tools, with a thoughtful approach to integrating them into engineering workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including driving technical alignment through design documents and architecture discussions • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing without direct authority • Background in mission-critical or high-compliance domains such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or DoD • Experience with authentication and identity infrastructure at scale, including OIDC, SAML, and federated identity • Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and async-first system design • Legally authorized to work in the United States for Onebrief
