Descrição

• Manage 1–2 large account relationships, including stakeholder management, balanced growth, partnership opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities • Own strategic growth plans for accounts and manage internal and customer stakeholders to drive alignment and execution • Develop and execute sales strategy for the overall territory or market segment • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showing the product’s value proposition • Identify prospects, build pipeline, and conduct consultative discovery meetings to assess needs and understand processes and existing systems • Coordinate closely with executive management, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success

🎯 Requisitos

• BA or BS degree from a college or university • 10+ years’ experience successfully running the full sales cycle, from cold call to close, for a complex SaaS solution • Experience selling software to VPs of Clinical Development, VP Clinical Operations, Clinical Trial Leaders, CROs, and CxOs of life sciences companies conducting clinical research • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets, including routinely achieving 7-figure annual sales goals • Experience with native SaaS solutions and their value relative to on-premise solutions • Interpersonal and presentation skills, including video/web presentation • Ability to work remotely with travel requirements up to 40% • OneStudyTeam is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Compliance with organizational security and privacy policies as a condition of employment
