Descrição

• Lead the daily operations of the IT department across infrastructure, support services, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and software development functions • Support the VP of IT in executing departmental priorities, operational initiatives, and enterprise technology objectives • Manage team performance, workload prioritization, service delivery expectations, and operational accountability across IT functions • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise technology platforms and support services • Identify operational risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities while driving timely resolution • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with business leaders to ensure IT services effectively support business operations

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing enterprise technology operations • Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT service management • Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar compliance and security frameworks • Proven success managing change, building operational processes, improving service delivery, and managing cross-functional technology teams.
