• Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue • Identifying and prioritizing key growth channels, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnerships • Leading a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and engineers to optimize the user experience and drive growth • Leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions about growth initiatives and product improvements • Establishing a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement to optimize growth initiatives • Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and growth • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product roadmap

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field • Strong understanding of the AI-generated content landscape and Web3 ecosystem • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
