• Mentor team members • Architect, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure • Manage the day-to-day of team members • Support long-term planning, scheduling, and budgeting • Support hiring, mentoring, and team growth • Contribute generally to the growth and success of the Company and the building of a vibrant culture focused on the responsible deployment of zero-emission autonomous vehicle technology. • Effectively partner with others in the organization with thoughtfulness and empathy
🎯 Requisitos
• 3+ years of technical experience in data engineering, including expertise with SQL, Python, distributed processing (e.g., Spark/PySpark), ETL/ELT, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) • 2+ years of team management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and retaining high-impact, diverse teams • Experience evaluating and integrating external services and software • Experience leveraging agentic AI for team and organizational success
