Descrição

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects from initiation to closure • Responsible for the overall success of projects, ensuring predictable results across all deliverables and metrics • Utilizes leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans • Responsible for developing skills of other project managers • Disseminate information about project progress and outcomes to leadership • Maintain a high level understanding of project and customer dynamics • Complete understanding of project roles and individual skillsets among project team • Provide coaching and feedback on project team members • Understand the company’s Vision and Strategic Plan • Take lead in the estimating and proposal phase of projects • Provide on-site support and coordination as required

🎯 Requisitos

• 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries • Demonstrated success leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioning • Understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and solutions • Project planning, scope definition, and value engineering • Experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams • Experience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to negotiate on behalf of the company • Comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely
