Descrição

• Personally design, build, harden, test, and deploy end-to-end agentic AI solutions, including production code and orchestration layers. • Identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities across supplier onboarding, clinician activation, sales, finance, and support. • Own and sequence the AI automation roadmap within transformation engagements. • Directly manage a pod of 2–4 engineers while remaining hands-on as a player-coach. • Conduct discovery with internal teams, map workflows, identify high-leverage intervention points, and build AI-first processes. • Influence company-wide decisions on models, orchestration frameworks, agent toolkits, and workflow platforms. • Equip business teams to maintain deployed systems and measure impact through increased throughput and leverage.

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong software engineering foundation covering system design, deployment, APIs, data flow, and the full SDLC. • Ability to write and ship production code, not just prompts. • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, LLM orchestration, voice-agent infrastructure, MCP, and multi-agent coordination. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks. • Personally built and deployed AI-powered systems that produced measurable operational, throughput, or efficiency gains. • Ability to ship meaningful systems quickly using current AI coding tools. • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, identify underlying constraints, and translate feedback into precise technical requirements. • Experience building and leading small, high-output technical teams. • Ability to hire, onboard, and develop engineers while remaining hands-on. • Deep ML experience and business transformation/change-management acumen are nice to haves, not requirements. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment. • This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
