• Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that ensure long-term success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across the Civilian Independent Agencies, leading to expanded customer bases and increased market penetration. • Partner with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to deliver customized technology solutions that address client needs, including Secure Storage, Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Cloud. • Manage account relationships with senior-level engagements, crafting strategic sales plans, and negotiating complex deals that ensure customer success and profitability. • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative products and services that help clients optimize their IT environments.
• 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, with a focus on Federal Civilian accounts like CFPB, FCC, NSF, NTSB, NRC, NARA, and Peace Corp. • In-depth understanding of Federal Government contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies. • Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization. • High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities. • Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively. • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue and margin goals, successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships. • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to drive long-term partnerships. • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEMs in the data center, network infrastructure, cyber security, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud.
