Descrição

• Lead modernization and transformation of Paylocity's enterprise Quote-to-Cash ecosystem • Define target-state architecture across product and pricing, Salesforce CPQ, order-to-fulfillment, billing systems, NetSuite ERP, integration platforms, and AI-enabled services • Serve as the strategic and technical authority for end-to-end QTC solution design • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable architectures • Refactor product, pricing, bundle, and AI monetization architecture • Support subscription, usage-based, and consumption-based monetization models • Simplify Quote-to-Cash processes with sellers, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations • Eliminate CPQ friction and reduce manual touchpoints across quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue operations • Define and publish the enterprise QTC target architecture, capability map, system boundaries, data ownership model, integration strategy, and multi-year roadmap • Standardize API, event, batch, middleware, canonical data, and observability architecture • Drive architecture review coverage for strategic initiatives • Architect the Order-to-Fulfillment workstream, including orchestration, status, audit, retry, reconciliation, and exception-management patterns • Enable agentic AI innovation by identifying copilot and agent use cases and defining AI architecture principles, security controls, human-in-the-loop patterns, and observability standards • Launch measurable AI-enabled pilots • Strengthen architecture governance through QTC architecture reviews and decision records • Produce executive-ready diagrams, process flows, roadmaps, and decision records • Deliver the QTC transformation strategy, including CPQ capability and technical-debt assessment, platform evaluation, and phased migration planning • Evaluate requests and deliverables for scalability, reliability, and performance in complete end-to-end solution designs

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education • 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience • 5+ years with enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions • Deep Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge • Deep Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud expertise • Product, pricing, bundle, and monetization architecture experience • Experience with subscription, usage-based, and consumption-based models • NetSuite ERP integration and implementation experience • Working knowledge of order fulfillment, billing, and revenue operations systems • Boomi or comparable enterprise integration platform experience • API-led, event-driven, and batch integration pattern experience • Leadership of large-scale QTC modernization or transformation programs • Experience designing or integrating copilots, AI agents, or intelligent automation into enterprise workflows • Awareness of responsible AI practices, including guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns, and data governance • Exceptional whiteboarding, process modeling, executive presentation, and solution storytelling skills • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification • Salesforce Application Architect certification, or Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform Developer I, and Platform App Builder designations • NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification • End-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture experience across CPQ, ERP, and integration layers • Availability five days per week during designated work hours • Fully remote position limited to applicants working within the U.S. • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems and type • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Preferred: Salesforce System Architect certification • Preferred: Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience or certification • Preferred: NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certification • Preferred: Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification • Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Agentforce or Salesforce Data Cloud • Experience evaluating and transitioning legacy CPQ platforms to modern revenue platforms
