Descrição

• Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives • Gather stakeholder input and secure formal agreement on requirements • Negotiate competing priorities and conflicts with stakeholders • Establish requirements baselines and manage requirements changes • Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities to identify effective business solutions • Analyze stakeholder objectives and business requirements; identify options and define acceptance tests • Facilitate moderated and unmoderated user centricity assessments • Evaluate system, product, or service prototypes against usability and accessibility expectations • Implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans • Manage problems, issues, resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and feedback • Analyze and design business processes and identify automation opportunities • Develop graphical business-process representations and assess process-change feasibility • Manage individuals and groups, allocate work, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance • Set performance targets, monitor progress, provide feedback, and mentor team members • Participate in compensation negotiations and disciplinary procedures as appropriate • Manage substantial initiatives while developing the skills and competencies of the business analysis team

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Math, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience • Fluent English • Experience working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector • Experience in clinical data management or programming, specifically designing eCRFs, edit checks, and leading a study end-to-end • Solid professional experience in the same or a very similar role • Understanding and experience of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum • Knowledge of UML and object-oriented analysis • Data modelling using appropriate industry standards and/or other BA methodologies • Process modelling using standards such as BPMN • Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma • Knowledge and experience of Root Cause Analysis • Knowledge and experience in scope management • Line management and leadership management experience • Awareness of best practices within the business analysis domain and BA professional qualifications • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks, prioritize workload, and work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment • Ability to delegate work effectively and apply critical thinking • Ability to identify and implement process improvements • Ability to operate collaboratively within a global team environment • Leadership competencies including strategic thinking, building partnerships, customer-focused leadership, talent development, influencing, and leading teams
