Descrição

• Promote Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Conduct product promotion, sales efforts and relationship development with customers and accounts • Engage Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build customer rapport and relationships using digital tools • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Identify barriers and drivers across public health, private market, retail and other business channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative duties, including customer call entry, expense submission and responding to internal requests

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
