• Lead execution of high-impact partnerships with affiliates, mission-aligned innovators, start-ups, FemTech companies, and external vendors to drive program sustainability • Own and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and project management materials • Design, develop, and implement high-priority pilots and support initiatives with the Stronger Change Office and Planned Parenthood affiliates • Conduct business assessments, market research, financial modeling, and develop tools and processes to scale innovative business models • Engage affiliates to co-design revenue-generating healthcare innovation partnerships and evaluate potential mission-aligned partners • Manage the portfolio of business innovation and sustainability projects, including stakeholder management, deliverable tracking, and operational and strategic analysis • Coordinate revenue-shared partnerships, landscape scans, ROI models, partner selection criteria, partnership structures, and revenue streams • Structure and launch pilot partnerships, define KPIs, measure outcomes, and develop scale-up tools and processes • Advise affiliates on readiness for new business opportunities and facilitate go/no-go decisions through financial modeling • Communicate program impact and business cases through data collection, narrative creation, and key-metric reporting • Develop and share tools, best practices, resources, dashboards, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making and affiliate sustainability • Prepare project timelines, materials, reports, presentations, one-pagers, handouts, and stakeholder communications • Present project updates and findings to the Stronger Change Office, PPFA National Office, and affiliates • Facilitate the Innovations Working Group and coordinate workshops and meetings • Conduct and synthesize research through internet searches, focus groups, surveys, and interviews • Identify operational issues and project risks and develop mitigation plans • Maintain communication with affiliates and gather feedback to improve project development and execution • Report to the Senior Director, Stronger Operations and Business • Perform other duties as assigned
• Proven track record in management consulting, healthcare advisory, or corporate strategy • Deep experience within the U.S. domestic healthcare ecosystem, such as payers, public health networks, digital health, or FemTech • At least 6 years of progressive professional experience in complex program management • Experience combining rigorous financial analysis, sustainable business planning, market landscaping, and high-impact external partnership management • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA, MPA, MPH, or equivalent preferred • Combination of professional experience and skills may be considered in lieu of formal/traditional education • Experience in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem required • Familiarity with healthcare innovation, start-up ecosystems, or FemTech required • Deep knowledge of project management lifecycles, risk identification, and methodologies for managing multiple complex workstreams • Understanding of KPIs, business dashboards, and ROI metrics • Ability to translate sustainability goals into actionable program plans, timelines, and pilot frameworks • Strong market research, landscape scanning, and financial analysis skills • Ability to present complex data, project updates, and business cases clearly to diverse audiences • Experience managing consultative networks, facilitating working groups, and gathering stakeholder feedback • Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline while managing multiple simultaneous projects in a highly matrixed environment • Extremely organized, process-oriented, self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build effective partnerships across internal and external stakeholders and work effectively across differences • High proficiency with Google products • Knowledge of and sensitivity to racial/ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, gender identities, cultural differences, and disabilities • Deep commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission of promoting sexual and reproductive health
