Descrição

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, resource coordination, status reporting, risk management, and escalation • Facilitate project stand-ups • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and the PortX technical team • Maintain focus on customer outcomes and ensure projects deliver meaningful, measurable value • Engage key stakeholders at the right time • Identify and resolve delivery challenges proactively as priorities and requirements evolve • Provide managers and key stakeholders with clear, strategic reporting on progress, risks, context, insights, and opportunities • Drive the project space end to end, flexing time and availability based on business needs

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, with experience delivering complex projects successfully • Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including facilitating ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and related concepts • Experience in banking, credit unions, or payments, ideally involving core banking systems, digital banking, ACH, or ISO 20022 • Excellent written and spoken English • Confident, credible customer-facing presence • Proactive, self-directed approach with strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills in a remote working environment • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Highly organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail • Flexible and responsive, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines • Collaborative and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership • Calm and confident when managing ambiguity, risk, or competing stakeholder needs • Committed to building productive relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences • US Citizenship required • No visa sponsorship available
