Descrição

• Oversee the daily operations of the electrical service department. • Coordinate service calls, technician schedules, and job assignments. • Ensure service work is completed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards. • Communicate regularly with technicians to track job progress and resolve issues. • Support technicians in troubleshooting electrical issues when needed. • Supervise and support service electricians and apprentices. • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to field personnel. • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and jobsite standards. • Maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients. • Review service requests and ensure technicians have the proper materials and information before arriving on site. • Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of experience in the electrical industry. • 3+ years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role preferred. • Strong background in commercial electrical service work. • Knowledge of Commercial electrical systems • Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics • National Electrical Code (NEC) • Jobsite safety practices
