Descrição

• Support application development, governance, and infrastructure. • Evaluate and develop integration touchpoints. • Create developer guidance and governance. • Participate in architectural design and infrastructure discussions. • Develop integrations to ensure customer success. • Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems or data warehouses into transactional databases. • Align solutions spanning multiple applications with the future IT roadmap in partnership with IT Leadership. • Contribute to hands-on development, technical design discussions, proofs of concept, and demos. • Develop and implement Appian and related web-based applications. • Provide technical guidance to development teams following best practices. • Support or manage Appian platforms and environments, including interfacing with Appian support. • Develop Appian business process management applications and integrate them with enterprise products. • Estimate and size Appian business requirements. • Debug and troubleshoot Appian development and production applications.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. • Appian Level 2 Certification expected (not required). • Experienced with Agile, APIs, Web Services, integrations, and Appian plugins. • Experienced with integrations with external systems. • Familiarity or experience with AI integrated feature development and/or AI supported DevOps/Testing preferred. • Experience working on multiple applications, or across multiple applications. • Proficient with Appian BPM and complex SQL database structures. • Ability to take directions and work with one or multiple project teams. • Ability to own the project backlog and schedule, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery when necessary. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Passion for design, attention to detail, and punctuality. • Eager to volunteer time, mentor others, and contribute. • Ability to scope Appian Projects. • Comfortable in a demanding environment and managing multiple priorities. • 4–6+ years of Appian development experience.
