Descrição

• Elevate the technical judgment of engineers through design reviews, architectural guidance, and mentorship • Troubleshoot and drive resolution of cross-system issues in our stack • Engage with product and executive stakeholders for feasibility and risk assessment • Drive architectural decisions and technical direction across teams and systems • Build and ship software tackling ambiguous technical problems • Set the engineering standard through code and design patterns • Own cross-cutting concerns such as scalability and security posture • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions with direct business impact

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of software development experience • Deep architectural experience designing systems that span multiple services, teams, or domains • Exceptional hands-on engineering skills across the full stack • Strong proficiency in Go, TypeScript, C#, and React • Proven ability to own the full software development lifecycle • Experience with cloud architecture and resource-efficient infrastructure design • Strong understanding of SQL databases, caching layers, and event-driven architectures • Must have permission to work in the US on a permanent basis
