Descrição

• Design, implement, optimize, and support modern workplace solutions for Presidio’s enterprise clients • Lead digital workspace architectures across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, SharePoint, collaboration tools, and hybrid identity • Design and enable Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including readiness assessments, licensing, governance, prompts, and integrations • Develop standards, policies, deployment practices, security baselines, troubleshooting procedures, and SharePoint governance • Collaborate with architects, sales teams, and clients to define technology roadmaps • Plan, deploy, and migrate cloud, hybrid, and on-premises digital workspace solutions • Evaluate and integrate EUC, VDI, device management, security, and AI tools • Perform assessments, proof-of-concepts, and implementations according to change-management and documentation standards • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces • Own advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex SharePoint, Copilot, and related-service incidents • Drive automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and scripting • Monitor service health and produce compliance, patch posture, adoption, and Copilot utilization metrics • Maintain SLAs in Managed Services environments • Mentor and provide technical escalation support to mid-level and junior engineers • Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, workshops, and project delivery • Maintain a billable utilization target, typically 70% or higher • Contribute to presales, knowledge sharing, and practice development

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering, or 5+ years at senior level • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Autopilot • Experience with modern SharePoint architecture and information management • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity using Entra Connect • Demonstrated experience enabling, governing, integrating, and optimizing Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 • Experience with endpoint management, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and collaboration tools • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/military background • Preferred Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, Copilot, and SharePoint certifications • Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote/hybrid environment • Ability to fulfill on-call responsibilities as needed • Team-oriented approach and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing • Commitment to Presidio’s core values
