Descrição

• Perform the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement • Reach working fluency in unfamiliar domains such as insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, and asset flow • Redesign business functions from first principles with operators and Forward Deployed Executives • Ship production GenAI systems, including LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and supporting services • Build evaluation harnesses before features; define success metrics and use evaluations to drive design • Write production code across backend services, data pipelines, and AI layers using Python and TypeScript • Deploy containerized, observable, maintainable systems on AWS or other cloud platforms as required • Feed field learnings back into Provectus industry blueprints • Work with a Forward Deployed Executive against Business Unit KPIs • Drive system adoption and manage change as part of engineering delivery • Collaborate with and challenge customer engineers, operators, and executives • Shape commitments and scope before delivery begins

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years building software, with a substantial share writing accountable production code • Willingness to spend two to four weeks doing the operator’s job before coding • Ability to learn unfamiliar business domains quickly • Production experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems • Experience building or owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems • Strong engineering fundamentals; proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript • Cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, and CI/CD • Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership • Solid AI/ML foundations and understanding of model failure modes • Strong hands-on production experience with Claude Code/Cowork • Fluent English, written and spoken • Nice to have: experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader • Nice to have: depth in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or asset management • Nice to have: consulting, professional services, or embedded customer-facing delivery • Nice to have: data platform depth, MLOps/classical ML, fine-tuning, graph databases, IaC depth, open-source contributions, or public writing on applied AI
