Descrição

• Design and deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions integrating front-end and back-end technologies • Write high-quality, reusable code following industry best practices • Develop creative, functional, maintainable, and performance-driven web applications, websites, and components in collaboration with team members • Document application architecture, development workflows, and internal processes to enable knowledge transfer • Participate in code reviews, peer-review pull requests, and provide actionable feedback • Contribute to project-based work and the internal library of reusable components • Provide estimates on work efforts • Provide senior-level support through mentoring developers and helping debug issues • Ensure strong team collaboration and drive team communication • Demonstrate Reason One’s core values and contribute to its B Corp social and environmental impact mandate • Contribute to new client work and continuing client engagements • Report to David Fahy, VP of Technology

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role such as tech lead, team lead, or principal web developer within an agency • 5+ years of professional experience using React • 4+ years of experience using Next.js, including recent App Router work • 3+ years of experience using TypeScript • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, WebPack, and Git • 3+ years of professional experience architecting and implementing websites using multiple platforms and services, including MACH architecture • 3+ years of professional experience working with an enterprise headless CMS such as Optimizely, Sitecore AI, Storyblok, or Kontent.ai • 3+ years of professional experience developing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs • Professional experience integrating clinical and operational healthcare platforms, including EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), patient portals (MyChart), and provider management tools (Kyruus Health, DexCare, Sparkle) • Experience with serverless functions / edge workers, including Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda • Ability to set up and own DevOps for projects using GitHub Actions with deployments to platforms such as Vercel or Netlify • Strong debugging skills and experience using performance and load testing tools • Practical experience using AI assistants such as Claude, with sound judgement about task suitability, verifying outputs, and handling confidential information appropriately • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical people • Ability to handle multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to contribute from concept and research through implementation and ongoing maintenance • Professional experience working with agile practices and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Must be based and eligible to work in the US or Canada
