Descrição

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of systems • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers • Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch • Review code and design documents • Provide feedback on product specifications and mockups • Define standards that improve developer workflows • Recommend best practices • Coach and mentor engineers on the team • Continuously improve technical and non-technical abilities • Build and enhance Reddit products that serve community builders

🎯 Requisitos

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of software development experience in one or more front end focused programming languages • Experience with Javascript, Typescript, and ES6 • Experience with front-end web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular • Experience with CSS • Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and Thrift basics is a plus • Ability to design and implement maintainable APIs is a plus • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial design to deployment and maintenance • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies • Entrepreneurial spirit; self-directed, innovative, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and failure
