Descrição

• Design and advocate Red Hat ecosystem solutions aligned with customer strategic goals • Guide customer associates and executive stakeholders in adopting AI and MLOps processes • Collaborate with project and customer teams to manage scope, mitigate architectural risks, and meet delivery goals • Participate in consulting sales motions, discover customer pain points, scope engineering engagements, architect proposals, and deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs • Create architectural blueprints, deployment guides, project documentation, diagrams, and best practices • Architect and build production-grade MLOps pipelines using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat OpenShift AI • Guide model selection based on business use cases, GPU memory constraints, costs, and licensing • Design containerized model deployment architectures using KServe and optimize inference servers such as vLLM, TGI, and Triton • Establish automated benchmarking and testing for throughput, hardware efficiency, and cost-per-inference metrics • Mentor customers through workshops, paired programming, and architectural reviews • Coach junior consultants and engineering associates on deploying AI workloads on Kubernetes • Maintain continuous training and professional development in LLM, MLOps, and cloud-native technologies

🎯 Requisitos

• 8-10 years in a related technology position, such as sales, consulting, operations, or development • 5+ years of experience with public cloud and Linux technologies • 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes • 3+ years of experience delivering production-ready AI solutions • 3+ years of experience delivering production-ready machine learning use cases • Experience with public and private cloud infrastructure technologies and providers • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or OpenShift Specialist certifications are nice to have • Experience publishing technical whitepapers, architectural blueprints, or speaking at industry conferences is nice to have • Experience in Financial Services is nice to have
