Descrição

• Guide technical direction and drive customer success for strategic customers • Manage, orchestrate, and mentor Architects and Principal Consultants • Build highly functioning teams, craft career paths, and provide technical oversight • Translate team priorities into actionable OKRs and KPIs • Assist the Resource Management Office with Delivery Engagement assignments • Assign technical talent to pre-sales opportunities • Scope and deliver consulting engagements using Red Hat expertise • Design and communicate enterprise-level architectural roadmaps • Run workshops and demos, guide best practices, and establish communities of practice at customer sites • Support strategic Services selling initiatives and executive stakeholder engagement • Collaborate with product business, engineering, support, and sales teams • Provide technical oversight and escalation support between clients and Red Hat • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Develop repeatable frameworks and methodologies for consulting pre-sales and engagements • Drive delivery strategy and models for Services offerings, solutions, and programs • Provide leadership and content for centers of excellence and promoted standards • Build in-depth knowledge of Red Hat technologies through enablement and learning paths

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience with people management and building out a highly functioning team of consulting experts • Experience leading teams of highly technical talent • Experience leading successful technical consulting engagements • Demonstrated track record in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives • Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms • Experience with instrumenting, collecting, and radiating development and operational metrics • Ability to apply Red Hat Solutions to meet customer needs • Experience architecting and designing complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of enterprise architecture and application runtimes • Experience with enterprise container architectures and solutions, including Red Hat OpenShift or competing technologies • Experience with Linux and deploying and running container solutions in private, public, and hybrid clouds • Broad and deep technical experience with Red Hat products, including OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Red Hat OpenStack Platform / Services on OpenShift • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Applied knowledge and experience working in agile, scrum, and DevOps teams • Willingness to travel up to 50%
