• Assist the CEO and CMO in following up on potential leads. • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps. • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company. • Contact and qualify potential customers. • Keep HubSpot up to date. • Set appointments and follow up on leads. • Track progress toward meeting sales goals. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. • Bring us news about our clients (by following their social media). • Attend online networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
• Advanced/Bilingual english level. • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service. • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability to change. • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
