Descrição

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code • Enforce software engineering best practices, including code reviews and unit testing • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements • Own code through design, implementation, test automation, and delivery • Participate actively in feature development and bug resolution in a fast-paced CI/CD Kanban environment • Manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes • Serve as a functional lead or technical owner when needed • Extend functionality across several Reputation products • Maintain zero customer-reported bugs • Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing highly interactive UIs for high-volume, robust web applications • Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered • Solid programming skills in JavaScript and React.js / Node.js • Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations • Advanced knowledge and experience with relational databases, including Postgres development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments • Experience working in a cloud environment; company migrating to GCP • Comfortable with distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architectures • Strong user empathy and focus on improving end-user experience • Applicants only; no third-party agency candidates
