Descrição

• Lead the customer implementation process as the primary point of contact • Proactively manage communication of expectations, procedures, and requirements with internal and external stakeholders • Drive project execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones • Leverage internal resources efficiently and escalate risks as necessary • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings • Schedule meetings and prepare supplementary materials • Manage, update, and distribute project documentation • Create and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Serve as a subject matter expert for Revinate’s product suite • Advise customers on maximizing the value of their services • Build technical expertise in integrations, software, systems, and product infrastructure • Validate implementation, integration, and intended functionality of technical components • Execute technical setup and configuration of systems and solutions • Resolve technical product issues through back-end configuration and troubleshooting • Pursue professional development, cross-training, and continuous learning • Liaise between customers and the internal product team regarding requested enhancements • Test product functionality and monitor metrics such as email deliverability • Coordinate with third-party Property Management System vendors for integration details • Manage 25-35+ simultaneous mid-level strategic product implementation projects and 60-70+ Product Launch Objects • Complete account configurations within the target 4-8 week implementation period • Report to the Manager - Customer Support

🎯 Requisitos

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management role • Preference given to candidates with experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, Hotel Operations, or Hospitality Marketing • Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous, ongoing projects and competing priorities (e.g., 50-60+ implementations) • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines • Strong technical aptitude and ability to rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge • Experience collaborating with back-end engineering or integration teams • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite), Zendesk / Jira, and Salesforce is a plus • Working knowledge of project management software and tools such as Asana and Rocketlane • Practical experience with technical SaaS software configuration and managing integrations • Familiarity with hospitality systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, roomMaster, or Maestro • Highly effective customer and internal-team communication skills • Active listening and efficient email correspondence • Ability to manage multiple projects with unique needs • Methodical, structured approach and attention to detail • Motivated self-starter able to take ownership of projects
