Descrição

• Lead and scale Roboflow’s Delivery organization, including Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering • Build organizational structure, roles, processes, and operating cadence • Work directly with customers and teams on complex implementations and deployments • Participate in architecture discussions, deployment scoping, troubleshooting, and executive customer conversations • Create repeatable frameworks for scoping, implementation, deployment, escalation, and handoff • Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects before contracts are signed to support successful deployments • Define and measure implementation success, time-to-value, deployment health, and customer outcomes • Improve scalability through people, process, product, documentation, tooling, and automation • Hire, coach, and develop Implementation Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers • Establish feedback loops with Product and Engineering based on customer technical problems • Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, and Partnerships throughout the customer lifecycle • Build an operating model, improve deployment consistency, accelerate production readiness, and support increasingly complex customers

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience building or leading a customer-facing technical delivery, forward deployed engineering, implementation engineering, professional services, or similar organization in a technical software company • Deeply technical and comfortable working alongside engineers on complex customer problems • Hands-on leadership approach • Personal experience working with customers on complex implementations and moving proof of concepts into production systems • Ability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable product and organizational requirements • Excellent people leadership skills, including attracting, developing, and retaining highly technical, high-agency talent • Ability to operate across technical and business audiences • Strong judgment in prioritization and resource allocation • Ability to thrive while building a playbook in an evolving environment • Experience building a Delivery or Forward Deployed Engineering function from an earlier stage • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, data platforms, robotics, computer vision, or another deeply technical product environment • Experience supporting deployments involving software and the physical world • Experience with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder deployments • Experience improving time-to-value or making services-heavy operations more repeatable and scalable • Experience owning the entire customer success process
