Descrição

• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, supporting business goals, solution needs, and technical requirements related to training data for machine learning • Design and implement viable and scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows • Build and present custom solutions, process optimizations, and integration strategies for long-term customer success • Lead responses to customer RFPs and RFIs and design innovative solution proposals • Deliver presentations and demonstrations aligned with enterprise client business objectives • Develop and adapt strategic plans aligned with client goals • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies • Collaborate with other Solutions Consultants on technology strategy plans • Work cross-functionally with globally dispersed client services, solutions consulting, sales, technical, and supply chain teams • Represent the organization at industry and customer events, conferences, and speaking engagements • Leverage industry knowledge to identify trends and disruptions and deliver actionable recommendations shaping customer engagement and sales strategy • Transition complex projects and programs to global production teams for scaling

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or above • At least 4+ years of experience in services-oriented solution and technical pre/post-sales solutioning • Interest in AI and emerging technologies • Data service experience highly preferred • Strong communication skills for interacting with customer stakeholders • Fluency in English, spoken and written • Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with internal and external business partners • Strategic thinking and business orientation • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills • Analytical approach with strong data analysis skills • Ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
