• Leading Advocacy and Driving Adoption • Proactively engage in strategic planning and execution. • Track performance metrics to measure effectiveness of strategies. • Champion Commercial initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Identify and prioritize strategic field activities, including tradeshow attendance and agency/partner visits.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, ideally within insurance or financial services. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders to drive shared accountability and measurable results. • Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement, including high-stakes tradeshow and partner engagements. • Strategic vision and leadership with the ability to inspire and align business unit leaders and cross-functional teams around shared goals and a unified product vision.
