Descrição

• Oversee teams to drive successful customer outcomes through implementations • Manage complex enterprise and strategic projects • Lead and participate in client management, project execution and control, scoping, contract reviews, knowledge transfer, and budget management • Serve as overall leader of the project team, forming the team and providing communication, motivation, and direction • Act as primary customer interface and ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates, and governance • Build and lead project plans; supervise progress and timelines; adjust schedules; and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Identify and resolve issues and remove obstacles affecting project goals • Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile and analytical and technical skills • Supervise project resource utilization, resource allocation, budgets, timesheets, and approvals • Lead one or two large projects or programs, or multiple interrelated small to medium-sized projects • Facilitate requirements gathering and help craft project deliverables and Salesforce documentation • Work as an extension of the account team to expand the Salesforce footprint • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including risk and issue management, communications, and organizational change • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and coordinate user acceptance sign-off

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management experience • 3+ years managing complex technology implementations; Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred • Proven project management experience with external client projects, especially software development, CRM, and SaaS environments • Ability to balance business and technical requirements and produce project plans and estimates • Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate executive meetings, mentor senior team members, and manage project risks, dependencies, plans, and estimates • Experience leading project teams of 20+ members and managing budgets and schedules • Demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations • Proven record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget • Ability to manage clear communication with remote consultants • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment • Proficiency in Spanish and English • Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally • Business process expertise in an industry vertical is preferred • Project management methodology certification such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum is preferred • Senior-level consulting and counsel experience with client business and technology executives is preferred • Pre-sales skills and enterprise change management experience are preferred • Experience with enterprise-scale integration solutions and cloud technology, or equivalent, is preferred • Experience implementing enterprise-scale CRM software solutions is a plus
