Descrição

• Engage with local hemophilia patient organizations to identify patient and family education needs • Build relationships within the community and represent Sanofi at local and national patient events • Provide therapy, wellness, and lifestyle education through programs and direct family engagement • Develop and maintain territory plans to identify local community education needs • Utilize CRM to manage territory and record activities • Provide field insights for new strategies and tactics and represent the patient voice to the home office • Identify ways to support patients through advisory boards, feedback groups, internal projects, and content development • Collaborate cross-functionally with Case Managers, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access • Conduct formal and informal presentations conveying complex hematology clinical information • Demonstrate therapeutic, product, disease, and marketplace expertise • Provide market insights and field feedback to the home office • Foster team effectiveness by sharing knowledge, experience, and information • Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies • Develop and execute territory business plans and launch strategies to meet or exceed targets

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience educating patients and caregivers with rare or chronic conditions • Reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory • Willingness and ability to work within and outside traditional business hours • Ability to travel up to 80% • Valid driver's license • English required; Spanish preferred • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated industry success or 10 years clinical experience such as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist and/or Social Worker • Hematology and launch experience preferred • Advanced degree in science, business, or nursing preferred • Industry experience preferred • Experience working with specialty pharmacies preferred • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as part of job responsibilities
