Descrição

• Support customer evaluations, application assessments and technical consultations by translating process requirements into product and workflow recommendations • Execute application trials, validations, proof-of-concept activities and customer training • Design, coordinate and document customer-specific evaluation and onboarding plans and outcomes • Resolve technical inquiries, application challenges and product performance issues • Troubleshoot customer processes and coordinate corrective actions with relevant functions • Provide application expertise throughout opportunity development • Contribute technical insights, competitive positioning and solution recommendations for customer use cases • Capture customer feedback, application trends and competitive intelligence • Analyze field observations, trial outcomes and product usage patterns • Share actionable recommendations with Product Management and relevant stakeholders • Work closely with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful application outcomes and long-term customer success

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field • Minimum 3 years of technical sales, applications support, or customer facing experience in a scientific or technical environment • In-depth knowledge of relevant products, applications and associated customer workflows • Ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related issues in customer environments • Hands-on technical capability, including demos, trials, evaluations and customer training activities • Ability to document application findings, trial outcomes and technical recommendations in a structured manner • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product Management, Quality and other cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix • Customer orientation with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective application solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Willing to travel >50% • Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
