Descrição

• Lead the paid acquisition team across Scale Media’s DTC wellness brand portfolio • Review daily performance across brands and channels, identify issues and opportunities, and drive corrective action • Manage and develop media buyers through account reviews, feedback, and performance standards • Set standards for Meta and paid social account architecture, bid strategy, audience strategy, and budget pacing • Ensure accurate platform data, including pixels, Conversions API, event parameters, and audience exclusions • Collaborate with Creative and Ecommerce on landing pages, creative, and copy improvements • Allocate and pace paid-channel budgets against CAC, ROAS, and MER targets • Run structured tests across audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign settings • Partner with Analytics on MTA and lift-testing performance reads • Build AI-enabled workflows for reporting, analysis, creative tagging, and optimization • Manage agency or vendor support where relevant • Report to the VP of Growth

🎯 Requisitos

• Deep Meta and paid social expertise • Personally managed 8-figure Meta spend for consumer brands • 7–10 years of relevant experience, including managing media buyers • Experience managing and developing media buyers • Strong knowledge of pixels, Conversions API, event parameters, and audience exclusions • Experience allocating budget across multiple paid channels • Ability to evaluate landing pages, ads, and copy for conversion performance • Experience designing structured tests and interpreting results • Comfortable analyzing performance data, attribution gaps, and platform-reported data limitations • Active use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, and execution • Experience collaborating with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics • Preferred but not required: TikTok or other paid social channels • Preferred but not required: Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max • Preferred but not required: supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer subscription experience • Preferred but not required: multi-brand portfolio experience • Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer • Comfortable working West Coast (PST) hours until 4:30pm PST
