Descrição

• In this sales position you are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial contact to a successful closing with the education voucher. • You conduct conversations with prospects, convince them of our AI training programs, and guide them through the complete application process. • Conduct initial calls with interested customers who have signed up via our website or ads. • Carry out follow-up conversations and provide continuous support throughout the sales process. • Advise on funding options under the Qualification Opportunities Act (prior knowledge is a plus but not required). • Assist customers with completing funding applications. • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. • Document customer contacts in the CRM system. • Collaborate with our instructor/teaching team.

🎯 Requisitos

• Relevant experience (B2B sales, sales to training providers). • Experience using AI as a practical tool. • Strong sales skills and the ability to conduct confident conversations with CEOs and decision-makers. • Professional, peer-level communication with leaders from various industries. • Experience in B2B sales and specifically selling to education/training providers is an advantage. • Enthusiasm for AI and regular use of tools like ChatGPT. • Ability to work in a structured way following proven sales processes. • Ability to follow existing processes reliably. • Ability to independently manage longer sales cycles (4–8 weeks) and maintain momentum. • Conscientious use of CRM systems and reliable documentation of all activities.
