Descrição

• Coordinate multiple, often complex, technical projects or workstreams to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to quality standards • Translate technical objectives into clear action plans, schedules, and resource allocations • Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure technical work complies with established specifications, standards, and organizational policies • Act as a liaison between technical teams, operations, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding of goals, requirements, and progress • Assist in resolving complex operational or technical issues by coordinating input from relevant experts • Oversee the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of technical data, documentation, and system records • Maintain master files for projects, designs, or analyses to ensure data integrity and version control • Review technical documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to required templates or standards • Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems and procedures • Coordinate technical reviews, inspections, or audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements • Maintain awareness of applicable standards, certifications, or regulatory requirements relevant to program operations • Ensure program compliance with SCS quality systems

🎯 Requisitos

• Associate's Degree in sciences, or relevant field or Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience and 4+ years equivalent work experience • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including handling sensitive issues and complex information with professionalism and diplomacy • Manages multiple complex projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Maintains exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills • Works independently, exercises sound judgment, and takes initiative in resolving operational and program issues • Anticipates challenges and proactively implements solutions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented collaborative team environment • Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations • Learns and navigates program systems, databases, and business software efficiently • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Fluency in English which includes professional verbal and written communication.
