Descrição

• Consult with Finance, Operations, Growth, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into ERP solutions • Prioritize a company-wide systems roadmap • Own NetSuite architecture, administration, and development as the system of record across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels • Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL automation • Own integrations with Shopify/Recharge, 3PL systems, Ramp, EDI, and other platforms • Monitor integrations, manage errors, and implement recovery processes • Establish governance for script deployments, sandbox and release management, API concurrency, change control, and documentation • Build AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling • Partner with the Controller and accounting team on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit readiness • Design custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches for non-technical users • Provide end-user training, support, enablement, and technical documentation • Manage systems projects, implementation partners, consultants, budgets, and forecasting for the ERP/SaaS stack • Evaluate and integrate new tools • Serve as escalation point for systems incidents, performing diagnostic testing, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment • Expert knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication • Experience building and debugging production Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets • Deep experience with iPaaS platforms; Celigo strongly preferred • Experience with high-volume integration patterns, concurrency management, and error recovery • Experience in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses with order volumes in the hundreds of thousands • Experience configuring and supporting EDI connections such as EDI 850, 810, and 856 • Fluent use of LLMs, agents, Claude, and MCP for AI-augmented development and automations with guardrails • Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration; Snowflake preferred • Fluency in cloud computing and the modern SaaS ecosystem • Knowledge of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, and procure-to-pay • Experience owning software budgets, forecasting systems spend, and delivering cross-functional implementations • Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, business acumen, collaboration, mentoring, governance, documentation, systems thinking, and architecture skills • NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification a plus
