Descrição

• Build the core platform from the ground up: search infrastructure, API integrations, AI/LLM orchestration, and user interface. • Embed at the design partner PD to deeply understand officer workflows, pain points, and system architecture. • Design and implement integrations with law enforcement systems.

• A strong software engineer who can build full-stack applications. You write clean, maintainable code and work across the stack. You're excited about connecting disparate systems through APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization. • You're scrappy and resourceful. You ship MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate fast. Done is better than perfect. You thrive in ambiguity without detailed specs. You talk to users, figure out what they need, and build it. • You're energized by reducing officer burnout and improving public safety through better technology.
