Descrição

• Design scalable, maintainable full stack systems aligned with Sharetec's Digital roadmap • Drive technical design discussions for modernization initiatives and the new Digital API integration layer • Evaluate and recommend frontend and backend tooling, patterns, and architectural decisions • Advocate for secure-by-default design through code review, scanning, and testing • Contribute to API design standards and integration patterns • Build, test, and maintain production-quality features across Digital Banking web and mobile platforms • Develop iOS and Android applications built with React Native • Write clean, documented, and tested TypeScript, React, C#, and ASP.NET Core code • Manage work from design and implementation through code review, testing, and production monitoring • Work in Docker containerized environments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline reliability • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud databases • Deliver sprint commitments, surface scope risks, and maintain predictable delivery • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, documentation, pairing, onboarding, Agile ceremonies, and process improvement • Mentor teammates and share knowledge of the Digital stack • Own modules or feature areas and drive architecture decisions within the Digital platform

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full stack ownership • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript • Experience with Next.js or a comparable server-side rendering framework • Experience shipping production mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play • Experience with React Native; native Swift or Kotlin experience encouraged • Solid backend development experience; comfort learning and working in C# expected • Solid API design and integration experience, including RESTful APIs, versioning, authentication, and external service integrations • Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Experience with Docker and containerized development or deployment environments • Experience contributing to or leading modernization of an existing production system • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first, async environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Preferred: direct experience with C# and ASP.NET Core • Preferred: native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development • Preferred: Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Radix UI, or MUI • Preferred: financial services, fintech, or banking software background; credit union experience a significant plus • Preferred: familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance frameworks • Preferred: experience designing APIs for multi-tenant or platform-scale architectures • Preferred: Agile/Scrum workflows and distributed remote engineering team experience
