Descrição

• support the development of product and customer base in the US • handle complex customer queries • improve processes and identify customer contact trends • work closely with marketing and product teams • deliver outstanding customer service across live chat and email • involvement in escalations, regulatory adherence, and cross-team collaboration • ensure seamless customer experience

🎯 Requisitos

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum 12+ months in Customer Operations/Support, ideally within the sportsbetting or adjacent industries • Proven experience handling escalations and complex queries • Outstanding attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple queries simultaneously • Excellent knowledge of sports betting and keen interest in sports • Familiarity with state-level sports betting regulatory requirements (nice to have) • Skilled in identifying process gaps and contributing to operational improvements (nice to have) • Interest in technology and coding (nice to have)
