Descrição

• Manage partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and government customers and vendors • Serve as Director to the FMS Vice President • Organize and lead Federal Market Solutions Program Management team initiatives from program inception through delivery and sustainment • Use an outcome-based, agile-focused approach to program management • Collaborate with HIS product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to define project objectives • Manage profit and loss concepts and milestone management aligned to financials • Provide recommendations for short- and long-term development supporting government initiatives and products • Develop and implement project management controls for financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements • Develop new proposals and strategies to win future Federal Government awards • Perform ad hoc tasks supporting Solventum Federal Market Solutions • Supervise EI&T, Client Advocate, Program and Project Managers, and FedRAMP/Cybersecurity personnel

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with program management, medical coding, or strategic client partnerships • Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Experience analyzing and documenting processes • Must be located in the United States • Able to pass a Government background check for a position of Public Trust • Master’s degree in healthcare or another related field • Change Management experience • Experience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding or comparable software • Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP, and the 3PAO process • Experience within DoD and VA healthcare environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities • Experience briefing executive-level personnel • Ability to multitask and handle a large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
