Descrição

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations and custom solutions • Gather and document integration requirements and design solutions with business and technical stakeholders • Ensure integrations align with Workday best practices and enterprise architecture standards • Maintain Accounting Center integrations and mappings • Review test cases and participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing • Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment procedures • Collaborate with engineering, security, QA, support, and other stakeholders • Lead complex integration implementations and ensure system interoperability • Support incident management and integration monitoring • Ensure data and application accuracy, integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance • Analyze, code, document, and resolve integration and data issues

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of training and work experience • 5+ years of experience in interface architecture • Experience designing and implementing ETL processes and using ETL/ESB middleware • Ability to coordinate with third parties on data-related inquiries • Strong experience with interfaces, networking, data warehousing, relational databases, and performance tuning • Experience with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards • Strong technical experience with XML and Java • Knowledge of Workday implementation tools, including EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Prism • Understanding of database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and downstream-system impacts • Proficient in Workday HCM, Finance, Technology, and OCM • Extensive Workday Report Writing and Custom Reporting skills • Skilled in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations • Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS and SharePoint • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Workday Integrations Certification preferred • Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Middleware preferred • Must maintain a secure, private home office and reliable private internet connection for telecommuting or hybrid work
