Descrição

• Deliver impactful full-stack features benefiting Medicare brokers and beneficiaries • Work with product to understand the relationship between agents and Medicare beneficiaries and develop features improving retiree outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback on design mockups and product scope • Identify and manage technical debt and build robust architectures for platform scalability • Promote development standards, best practices, code reviews, and technical design feedback • Build with modern AI-powered developer tools and help expand their use across the team • Contribute to the long-term health and stability of Spark’s web-based broker platform

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional experience with modern JavaScript (Vue or React) or Python/backend web development, with meaningful hands-on experience in both • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Product intuition and interest in how technology investments drive business outcomes • Fluency with AI-powered development tools in everyday workflow • Strong communication and project management skills • Attention to detail and history of technical excellence shipping customer-facing products • Commitment to a growth-oriented team culture focused on learning and continuous improvement • Experience working directly with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) — nice to have • Expertise in Django or similar — nice to have • Track record in technical or project leadership — nice to have • Must work from an approved location within the United States
