Descrição

• Own the unified AI messaging architecture across Marketing, Voice of Customer, and Service product suites • Position Sprinklr AI capabilities as platform-wide differentiators • Create an AI-first platform story for technical and business buyers • Ensure consistent AI messaging across websites, sales decks, thought leadership, analyst briefings, and customer communications • Track developments in agentic AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and enterprise AI adoption • Collaborate with product marketing leads across Service, Marketing, and VoC • Identify cross-suite AI value and build cross-product use cases • Contribute to programmatic sales plays involving AI • Support go-to-market strategy and launches for AI Agents, Copilot capabilities, and platform enhancements • Develop launch narratives, positioning frameworks, competitive differentiation, and AI-focused sales plays • Partner with outbound product marketing teams on regional messaging adoption • Build thought leadership content on enterprise AI and agentic AI in customer experience • Track competitive AI positioning and monitor macro AI trends • Support analyst relations for AI-specific briefings and research • Develop content for C-level and technical audiences • Create battle cards, competitive positioning documents, demo scripts, use case documentation, and ROI frameworks • Develop L1-L3 AI enablement content • Own AI-specific website messaging strategy • Build demo libraries showcasing AI Agents and Copilots across Marketing, VoC, and Service scenarios

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a closely related role • Strong focus on AI, ML, or AI-native SaaS platforms • Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and ability to translate them into market-facing narratives • Prior B2B enterprise SaaS marketing experience, ideally in CX, marketing technology, or AI-powered platforms • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and business audiences • Analytical and data-driven approach using market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data • Proficiency in agentic frameworks and ability to apply them to automate work and improve team-wide efficiency
