Descrição

• Lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities across build, buy, and partner decisions. • Monitor the external market and ecosystem. • Develop insights that inform company strategy and investment priorities. • Track the rapidly evolving AI landscape and engage with external partners. • Partner closely with leadership across multiple departments. • Conduct recurring assessments of the market landscape, adjacent ecosystems, and competitive dynamics. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities. • Support strategic diligence, and business case development.

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, venture, business development, or a related role • Strong understanding of M&A, strategic partnerships, and market analysis in a technology or software environment • Demonstrated ability to assess strategic tradeoffs and make clear recommendations in ambiguous situations • Strong intellectual curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and the broader software ecosystem • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Proven relationship-building skills across founders, investors, bankers, and industry operators • Experience creating executive-ready materials, market analyses, and strategic frameworks • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
