Descrição

• Own the global operating cadence through structured health assessments, performance reviews, and remediation actions • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly global sales forecasting across the Americas, EMEA, and APJI • Establish standards for pipeline creation, coverage, and conversion and inspect risks and opportunities • Drive regional adherence to the Annual Operating Plan and bookings targets within the Sales/GTM cost envelope • Lead implementation and scaling of the Pod model across Sales, Services, and Renewals • Implement field-level performance management and improve productivity per AE • Champion execution of the standardized Customer Engagement Lifecycle and own cross-functional field sales processes • Standardize sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Value Selling across global theaters • Partner with Strategy & Planning on sales compensation effectiveness and incentive feedback • Oversee annual and mid-year territory carving and quota distribution • Enable execution of the Partner-Led revenue strategy and partner involvement in deals • Drive Professional Services and Managed Services attach rates • Ensure rigorous deal structuring and adherence to global pricing and packaging standards • Identify Quote-to-Cash bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions • Directly manage and mentor regional operations leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJI • Serve as a change agent for AI-guided tools and processes • Drive KPI performance including forecast accuracy, NARR growth, AE quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and acquisition-cost control

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience leading global field operations and revenue operations in a SaaS business • Experience managing sales execution, forecasting, pipeline health, and operating cadence • Knowledge of global go-to-market operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APJI • Experience implementing sales productivity and performance management frameworks • Experience with Sales, Services, and Renewals operating models, including Pod structures • Knowledge of standardized Customer Engagement Lifecycle processes and workflows • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Value Selling • Experience partnering on sales compensation, territory carving, and quota distribution • Experience enabling partner-led revenue motions and Professional Services/Managed Services attach rates • Experience with deal operations, pricing and packaging, consumption-based pricing, and Quote-to-Cash processes • Experience directly managing and mentoring regional operations leaders • Ability to use data and AI-guided tools to drive accountability, adoption, and operational maturity
