Descrição

• Support daily living routines (meals, hygiene, organization) • Assist with community access (shopping, errands, outings) • Provide emotional regulation support using calm, structured approaches • Maintain clear boundaries and consistent expectations • Assist with household upkeep and organization • Encourage independence and personal responsibility • Communicate updates with care teams and complete required documentation • Help maintain a safe, predictable, and respectful environment

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Current auto insurance (meeting state requirements) • Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying) • Comfortable supporting personal care needs • Preferred: Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles • Preferred: Experience supporting individuals with I/DD • Preferred: Strong communication and boundary-setting skills • Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification
