Descrição

• Report to the Field CTO within the Engineering organization • Partner with enterprise clients across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and solution architecture through post-sales adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term success • Write code, architect solutions, debug complex distributed systems, and build production-grade integrations for 40–50% of working time • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure technical success and business outcomes • Lead end-to-end implementation of real-time data pipelines using CDC, Kafka, and related technologies • Architect multi-cloud data solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure • Build custom connectors, integrations, production-grade systems, APIs, and data pipelines using Java and Python • Design and optimize Kubernetes deployments and containerized data workloads for performance, cost, and reliability • Debug and resolve complex issues across backend, infrastructure, data, and distributed-system layers • Create reusable Java/Python libraries, frameworks, and solution accelerators • Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and technical deep dives with customer engineering teams • Serve as the primary technical customer partner and point of escalation • Design enterprise-scale solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, including 100GB+/day throughput • Capture customer insights as product requirements and influence roadmap priorities and feature development • Translate business needs into technical concepts and contribute to best practices, documentation, and scalable solution frameworks • Work on sub-second latency pipelines, fault-tolerant distributed systems, Kubernetes optimization, and real-time data solutions for digital transformation and AI enablement

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles • Proven ability to deliver across the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales through post-sales success • Senior- or principal-level technical expertise in solution architecture and hands-on implementation • Expert-level proficiency in Java and/or Python; proficiency in at least one is required • Strong experience building distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm • Deep experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure • Expertise in CDC technologies, Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, and event-driven architectures • Strong background with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Delta Lake, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, distributed systems, AI/ML frameworks, and analytics platforms • Experience optimizing system performance and reliability at scale • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer business value and business needs into technical requirements • Ability to present technical solutions to engineering and executive stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, high-impact environments • Ability to mentor customer engineering teams • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Commitment to building long-lasting customer relationships
