Descrição

• Responsible for the successful delivery of customer implementation projects • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery • Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities • Manage risks and dependencies • Ensure projects progress in line with agreed timelines • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Support the evolution of implementation best practices

🎯 Requisitos

• Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer implementation or technical projects • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Excellent organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience • Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and make sound decisions using data and experience • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Commercially aware with an understanding of how successful project delivery contributes to business objectives • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities • Strong facilitation and coordination skills, ensuring actions are followed through to completion • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to enhancing delivery processes and customer outcomes • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • High level of accountability, taking ownership for project outcomes • Ability to effectively prioritise workload while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines • Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering and Support teams
