Descrição

• Take Schematic Design (SD) plans through Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and permit sets with minimal oversight. • Redline drawings and provide clear, accurate markups for the internal team. • Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements, firm standards, and applicable codes. • Coordinate project workflows across commercial, institutional, and residential project types. • Manage drawings, revisions, and schedules to ensure accuracy and timely completion. • Maintain organized digital project files throughout the project lifecycle. • Keep internal teams, external consultants, and clients aligned throughout a project. • Follow through on milestones and promptly flag risks or delays to the appropriate parties. • Use Revit and BIM workflows to support project documentation and coordination. • Track tasks and project progress using Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

🎯 Requisitos

• Degree in Architecture or a related field. • 5+ years of experience carrying projects from SD through CD and permit sets, with minimal oversight. • 3+ years of hands-on experience across commercial, institutional, and residential projects. • Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows. • Proven experience in redlining drawings and producing technically detailed construction documents. • Experience working with U.S.-based clients, with fluency in written and spoken English.
