Descrição

• Lead and develop a team of mid-market Solutions Engineers • Train, coach, mentor, and guide team members toward performance, career progression, and personal growth • Coach SEs on technical depth and sales excellence, including discovery, business value articulation, POC strategy, and executive communication • Collaborate with engineering teams from sophisticated technology companies • Help companies improve security, compliance, and development experiences • Visit customers onsite to demonstrate new features and construct solutions • Conduct structured 1:1s and set individual performance goals • Own career development plans for each SE • Partner with regional sales leaders and Account Executives to balance utilization, prioritize opportunities, and drive technical win rates across the Americas and eastern Asia Pacific • Engage with executive and technical architect-level customers to build long-term relationships and ensure post-sale technical success • Interface strategically with Product, Engineering, and Marketing

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrated experience managing a team of Solutions Engineers or technical customer-facing professionals • Track record of developing talent and improving team performance • Strong command of pre-sales discovery, technical qualification, POC design, and connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes • Experience managing customer outcomes from sales through onboarding, adoption, and growth • Strong understanding of Linux networking and network security principles • Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform • Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure • Working knowledge of SSO, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, mTLS, zero trust architecture, and PAM • Experience navigating complex infrastructure deployments at security-conscious enterprise organizations • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for server-side software and distributed systems • Fluency in English required • Additional proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage • Willingness to travel to customer sites
